After a tiring journey across Eorzea, it is deep within the quiet jungles of Raincatcher Gully where the charismatic and enterprising young goblin, Brayflox Alltalks, chooses to build her tiny empire. What she does not realize, however, it that something else -something sinister- has also made the lush forest its home. Now driven from their rightful(?) claim, Brayflox and her brethren seek to retake the land, and are not above asking the help of lesser races (that would be you) to help them do so.

Enemies

Bosses

Brayflox's Longstop Guide
  • The boss will periodically summon several Violet Back adds throughout and at the beginning of the fight. These adds can inflict a cleansable Poison detrimental effect.
  • Numbing Breath: a conal AOE from the boss that afflicts a cleansable Paralysis detrimental effect.
  • Hammer Beak: an uncasted moderately-damaging attack.
  • At 75% health, a Tempest Biast add will spawn. This add should be taken by the tank.
    • Levinfang/Levinshower: an uncasted conal AOE that does light damage.
  • Brayflox will periodically establish top aggression over the boss using Bang Toss.
    • Blaze Spikes: is granted. Players attacking enemies with melee attacks will receive very light damage.
    • Burning Cyclone: Brayflox will then go to a random party member for the boss to use Burning Cyclone on, which does light-moderate damage in a cleave to the player. This can be stunned Stunned to cancel the attack.
  • Bog Bubble: an uncasted circular AOE around a random party member, dealing moderate damage.
  • Stagnant Spray: a casted conal AOE toward the main target.
  •   Peculiar Light: an AOE centred around the boss. Will inflict a cleanseable Magic Vulnerability Up.
  • Effluvium: the boss will target a random party member and encase them in a Queer Bubble add, inflicting Bind, Physical Damage Down (decreases the player's physical damage), Mana Modulation (decreases the player's damage dealt with spells and reduces HP restored via healing magic), and Dropsy.
    • Kill the Queer Bubble to free and cleanse the afflicted party member's debuffs.
  • At around 15% HP, Aiatar will descend onto the arena, killing Hellbender. Aiatar will resume the boss fight.
    • Touchdown: very light damage and a knockback from where Aiatar first descends.
    • Salivous Snap: a magical tankbuster that inflicts a cleansable Poison detriment.
    • Dragon Breath: a line AOE targeting a random party member. Inflicts Poison if hit.
  • At around 50% HP, Aiatar will fly away, ending the boss fight.

An optional mini-boss located in a side path in the final area. There is no reward for killing this enemy, so most parties will ignore it.

  • Charged Whisker: an AOE centred around the boss that inflicts Paralysis if hit.
  • Chaotic Eye: a narrow conal gaze AOE that inflicts a cleansable Physical Damage Down if hit.
  • Salivous Snap: a magical tankbuster that inflicts a cleansable Poison detriment.
  • Toxic Vomit: four small circular AOEs that appear around the arena. Will spawn poisonous pods that will grow in size and eventually explode in wider AOEs. Inflicts Poison.
    • After the first cast of Toxic Vomit, a second set of poisonous pods will follow the first set, and explode after first set. Dodge into where the first poisonous pods were after they explode.
  • Dragon Breath: a line AOE targeting a random party member. Inflicts Poison if hit.
  • Healers can use   Esuna to cure poison from any party member.

Let Sleeping Dragons Lie

This goblin settlement was established in the lush jungles of Raincatcher Gully by Brayflox Alltalks, a former member of the Company of Heroes. As tends to happen, Brayflox inadvertently did what one must never, ever do: wake the dragon. Thus did a massive, menacing shadow fall over the Longstop, whose denizens were forced to flee with little more than the gobbiebags upon their backs. Loath to give up their amassed riches, painstakingly acquired during their wanderings, the goblins plotted to take back the Longstop, and they would drag into their brazen plan an adventurer who had come to the settlement on unrelated business.

Aiatar

Wounded some decades ago by a dragoon’s lance, this creature of Nidhogg’s Horde made its way from northern Coerthas to the island of Vylbrand, where it entered into a deep sleep of healing. It ought to come as no surprise, then, that the dragon was in a bad mood when Brayflox and her crew arrived. They chose Raincatcher Gully as a retreat so that it might feed upon the jungle's poisonous vegetation to imbue its breath with virulence.

The Goblin Cheese War

With the dragon Aiatar vanquished, Brayflox’s Longstop knew peace once more. But that peace was not to last, for trouble soon visited again in the form of the Illuminati, a secretive fraternity of goblin scholars. Deploying their armored unit, they set about laying siege to the settlement, and in desperation Brayflox turned once more to her trusty uplander friend. Never one to forsake those in need, the adventurer proceeded to deal with the enemy, striking them down to the last goblin...only to learn that the blame for the invasion in fact lay with Brayflox, who absconded with a jealously guarded tome bearing a secret cheese recipe. That being said, the heavy-handed means the Illuminati employed to achieve their ends were also questionable, and one need not strain to imagine the unease the adventurer must have felt to be caught amidst this dispute.

Gobmachine G-VI

Developed by the Illuminati, this war vehicle was originally designed for construction and repurposed for destruction. While it lacks the refinement of imperial machines, boasting stout plating and a powerful ceruleum engine, it is regarded as a feat of goblin engineering in its own right.
