With harp cradled in his arms, the wandering minstrel sings a sorrowful song of a recreated queen. Helpless to defy the purpose she was given, this simulacrum sought to preserve the memories of her subjects by taking the lives of innocents in other reflections. Though she met her end by your hands, had she been further along her ill-fated path by the time of your confrontation, might she have proven unstoppable and gone on to wreak untold death and devastation? Such questions play on your mind as the minstrel's verse bears you away to a world of the imagination, where you once again come face-to-face with the dread entity known as Queen Eternal...

The Minstrel's Ballad: Sphene's Burden is a level 100 trial introduced in patch 7.1 with Dawntrail.
Mechanics & Timeline
Please note that players may fall off the arena to their deaths.
Note: Throughout the duration of the fight, the boss targets both of the top two players in aggro with auto-attacks.

| Divide and Conquer | Line AoE that targets every player, then repeats in the same position after a delay. |
| Royal Domain | Light raidwide damage. |
| Laws of Earth | Spawns eight towers to be soaked. Players must be grounded to soak the tower.

| Gravitational Empire | On each platform: spawns two towers, targets one Player with Gravity Pillar and one Player with Gravity Ray.

| Meteor Impact | Spawns meteors on Player's location. |
| Weighty Blow | Targets a random Player on each platform with a single-target attack. If hit will instantly kill Player. Can be line-of-sight dodged behind a meteor. |
| Coronation | Spawns four lasers around the platform and tethers each Player to one side of the laser. Tethered Players position determines the position of the laser. |
| Atomic Ray | Large point blank AoE on all Players. |
| Ruthless Regalia | Large line AoE fired from triangles. |
| Absolute Authority | Periodic raid damage with many types of AoEs: Baits, Proximity, stack, and red dorito markers |

| Rush | Line AoE on tethered player. Deals lethal damage if tether is not stretched. |
| Drear Rising | Spawns one shared line AoE on 1 player and tethers to two Players. Tethered Players will have a large point blank AoE on them.

| Authority Eternal | High raidwide damage that serves as a Phase 1 enrage. Party will wipe if boss is not at 0.1% health when cast finishes. |
| Radical Shift | Large pointblank AoEs on all Players while changing the Platform to one of three forms. |
| Dimensional Distortion | Exaflare AoEs. |
| Tyranny's Grasp | Destroys the front half of the platform and spawns two tank towers that must be soaked. |
| Dying Memory | Multi-hit raidwide damage. |
| Royal Banishment | Multi-hit shared line AoE. |
