Notes

• The vulnerability up debuff inflicted on the enemy stacks with Blazing Spellblade.
• It is recommended to keep Mesmerize or Silver Cannon up at all times during critical encounters and battles within the Forked Towers, as the large-scale nature of Occult Crescent battle content means that debuffs on enemies that increase damage taken will scale incredibly well compared to player-directed raid buffs.
  • While Silver Sickness and Mesmerized are mutually exclusive, Enamored is not overwritten or prevented from being applied by Silver Sickness. Also, as the Forked Towers more greatly benefit from Enamored than the debuffs provided by Phantom Cannoneer, Phantom Dancers are generally preferred in this context.
• The enemy damage down effect provided by this action is essential for survivng very heavy-hitting raidwides in The Forked Tower: Magic (Extreme).
