Notes
- The vulnerability up debuff inflicted on the enemy stacks with Blazing Spellblade.
- It is recommended to keep Mesmerize or Silver Cannon up at all times during critical encounters and battles within the Forked Towers, as the large-scale nature of Occult Crescent battle content means that debuffs on enemies that increase damage taken will scale incredibly well compared to player-directed raid buffs.
- The enemy damage down effect provided by this action is essential for survivng very heavy-hitting raidwides in The Forked Tower: Magic (Extreme).
