Occult Counter is an action unlocked at level 2. It is available for Phantom Monk.

Notes

• Occult Counter can be executed within 10 seconds of successfully parrying an attack. Other actions can be performed within this period without losing the ability to perform Occult Counter.
• This can be executed after an ordinary parry (approximately a 10% chance), but synergizes well with Counterstance, which guarantees all incoming attacks will be parried.
  • Note that only physical attacks can be parried; magical attacks cannot be parried (even with Counterstance).
