- In order to receive the potency increase from Pent-up Rage, this action must be used while the buff is still active (within 5 seconds of
Rage ending). - As Rage has a 60-second cooldown and Deadly Blow has a 30-second cooldown, the Pent-up Rage potency increase can only happen for every other execution of this action (if both are used immediately after coming off cooldown).
