Notes

• The self damage can kill the player if their HP is too low (<90% HP).
• The only way to mitigate the self damage is through shields or invulnerability cooldowns. This includes "1 HP" invulnerability cooldowns such as Holmgang and Living Dead. Alternatively, getting Invulnerability from another Phantom Oracle, or Pledge from a Phantom Knight may protect you as well (NEEDS TESTING).
• Despite the tooltip saying "up to" 90% HP damage, it does 90% every time, unless you are immune to its damage.
