Augmented Hellhound Weapons are obtainable by exchanging the corresponding Hellhound Weapon and 2 Commendation Crystal at the Commendation Quartermaster in Wolves' Den Pier (X:4.5, Y:6.2).

Note: Augmented Hellhound War Pick and Augmented Hellhound Kite Shield are upgraded together as a set.
