Player Housing Vendors

Player Housing Vendors are merchants who can be contracted to work in Player Housing or Free Company housing, with the correct permit.

They are placed much in the same way as Furniture, and in some cases race and gender are customizable. The number of merchants allowed in an estate depends on the estate's size:

Most permits are purchased from Independent Sutlers or Apartment Merchants in the Residential Districts.

These vendors come in 6 types. All vendors of the same type offer the same items or services.

• Junkmonger - Sells cheap dyes, Dark Matter, outdoor garden patches, and   Magicked Stable Brooms.
• Material Supplier - Sells various low-level crafting ingredients from A Realm Reborn.
• Mender - Works the same as Mender NPCs in cities: repairs gear up to a maximum of 100% durability, for a scaled amount of gil.
• Housing Merchant - Sells various furnishings, with the same stock as "Housing Merchant" NPCs in residential districts. Permits with this type usually have "servant" in the name.
• Materia Melder - Works the same as Materia Melder NPCs in cities: melds materia to a piece of gear for a gil fee, but cannot perform overmelding.
• Salvager - Works the same as Calamity Salvager NPCs in cities: allows for re-buying special items given by completed quests or achievements, for a small gil fee.
