- The Final Verse, a separate instance containing the floor 99 boss that serves as a practice mode
- The Final Verse (Quantum), an additional higher-difficulty light party encounter against the final boss in a separate instance. Difficulty can be scaled based on "offerings" used.
- Allied Society Quests and Reputation: Yok Huy (crafters)

System changes and additions
- Duty Support implementation: Cutter's Cry
- Crystalline Conflict: New tiers added: Omega and Ultima
- Thus, tiers will be as follows: Unranked, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Crystal, Omega, Ultima
- At Crystal rank and above, promotion and demotion will be determined by Crystal Credit.
- Duo queuing added in casual Crystalline Conflict matches
- Chat bubbles
- The aspects of chat bubbles can be configured in Character Config
- Can be toggled on or off (off by default); can only be used out of combat
- Chat bubble and font color can be set according to chat mode
- Chat bubble size can be changed
- Maximum number of lines shown per chat bubble can be changed (default is 2)
- More head gear will show for Hrothgar and Viera characters
- Option to hide Viera ears on certain headgear
- Bangs will now display when wearing hood-type headgear
The Occult Crescent: South Horn adjustments:
- A new, exclusive instance will spawn if queuing with a preformed alliance of 24 people or more.
- Minimum number of players using sanguine ciphers to activate The Forked Tower: Blood increased from 16 to 24.
- All players must now contribute at least one cipher to enter the tower (can check status via the updated UI)
- Auroral Mirages spawn will be delayed until an active Critical Encounter has finished.
- Treasure coffers found from Persistent Pots and Happy Bunnies will now always reward
Enlightenment Silver Pieces or 
Enlightenment Gold Pieces
- World classification system changed: "New" world category removed, "Preferred+" world category added.
- Preferred+ worlds have more extra space than Preferred worlds, and offer additional bonuses beyond that of Preferred worlds for character creation or transfer.
