Introduction
Patch 7.0 is the initial release of the Dawntrail expansion.
Notable Features, Additions, and Changes
New Content
- Main Story: Dawntrail (Levels 90-100, 100 quests)
- New role quests
- New crafter/gatherer quests: Wachumeqimeqi Deliveries
- New Locations: Tuliyollal (Major City), Urqopacha, Yak T'el, Kozama'uka, Shaaloani, Solution Nine (Minor City), Heritage Found, Living Memory
- New jobs:

System Changes and Additions
- Level cap increased to 100 for all classes and jobs except
Blue Mage. - Major graphical update
- 2 channel gear dye
- Enhanced blacklisting and privacy functionality
- Blacklisting a character is now account-wide, hides targeted player's character model and chat messages.
- Mute list hides a player's chat messages.
- Term filter blocks messages containing certain specified terms.
- Estate expulsion allows you to ban a player from your estate. Banned players will be removed from the estate immediately.
- Enhanced Lodestone privacy settings: Limit visibility of certain elements. Remove yourself from character searches.
- Action Change Settings added as an option to consolidate hotbar space by changing certain actions to their follow-ups when used
- The Singularity Reactor (Unreal) removed and Faux Hollows placed on hiatus until Patch 7.1

- New Allagan Tomestone currency:
Allagan Tomestone of Aesthetics (7.0) and 
Allagan Tomestone of Heliometry (7.05)
Allagan Tomestones of Causality and 
Allagan Tomestones of Comedy are now deprecated and can be exchanged for 
Allagan Tomestones of Poetics for a limited time. Activites that previously rewarded Causality and Comedy, and rewards purchased for Causality and Comedy, now use Poetics.
Allagan Tomestones of Astronomy have been removed.
- New Scrip currency:
Orange Crafters' Scrip and 
Orange Gatherers' Scrip
White Crafters' Scrip and 
White Gatherers' Scrip are now deprecated and can be exchanged for 
Purple Crafters' Scrip and 
Purple Gatherers' Scrip for a limited time. Items currently obtained with white crafters’ and gatherers’ scrips will be obtained with purple crafters’ and gatherers’ scrips respectively by speaking with the scrip exchange, with some exceptions.
Yellow Crafters' Scrip and 
Yellow Gatherers' Scrip have been removed.
- Endwalker gear augmentation items and tokens retired to reduce inventory bloat. Endwalker Blue gear now available already augmented.
