Enlightenment Gold Pieces, abbreviated in-game as E. Gold Pieces, are a currency added in Patch 7.25 that can primarily be earned by defeating monsters in the wild within Occult Crescent field zones. The maximum number of gold pieces a player can hold at once is 9,999.

Acquisition

The Occult Crescent: South Horn

  • Any Regular enemies will drop gold when killed. Higher-level enemies, relative to the player or party's (synced) Knowledge Level (), will drop more gold.
  • One popular method is to form a party with 20 players and mass pull the 28 Occult Isleblazers and Crescent Zirnitra enemies in the southwest part of the map (requires at least one tank and 5-6 Phantom Cannoneers). The specific location is the highest ring directly below the top circular floor of the Abandoned Ascent structure. Full gold farming guide here.
    • In the case that not all players are 20 (but at least 19) or it is difficult to find an open instance where this location is not already taken by another party, players may also opt to farm the 27 Crescent Satana and Occult Golems one floor below, although these give less gold.
  • Gold can also be farmed solo, most efficiently in the Crystallized Caverns area (X:12, Y:22) or the "Foper Ramp"" (X:9.3, Y:15.7). Solo farming guide
  • Persistent Pot and Happy Bunny coffers:
    • Bronze:  160
    • Silver:  480
    • Gold:  1,600
