Construction Permit

To build an estate after owning a plot of land, players need to purchase a Construction Permit. This is accomplished from the Social → Housing → Estate Hall → Purchase Construction Permit. Players can only access this "vendor" when within their estate plot. The three available permits will depend on the Residential District and plot size. Players may customize the estate's exterior appearance with no limitations based their residential district location; permits only determine the initial appearance of the estate after construction.

Small estates (cottages) can hold up to 200 furnishing items. Medium estates (houses) can hold up to 300 furnishing items. Large estates (mansions) can hold up to 400 furnishing items. Each Residential District has three different available permits that differ in exterior design available for each size of plot (small, medium, large).
