Construction Permit
To build an estate after owning a plot of land, players need to purchase a Construction Permit. This is accomplished from the Social → Housing → Estate Hall → Purchase Construction Permit. Players can only access this "vendor" when within their estate plot. The three available permits will depend on the Residential District and plot size. Players may customize the estate's exterior and interior appearance with no limitations based their residential district location; permits only determine the initial appearance of the estate after construction.
Small estates (cottages) can hold up to 300 indoor and 40 outdoor furnishing items. Medium estates (houses) can hold up to 450 indoor and 60 outdoor furnishing items. Large estates (mansions) can hold up to 600 indoor and 80 outdoor furnishing items. Residential Districts have three different construction permits for each plot size (small, medium, large), offering different exterior and interior designs.
