Registrable Miscellany is a type of item that, when used, will permanently unlock various cosmetics. Players can track whether they have registered an item by the tooltip text: it will either display [Unobtained/Unregistered] or [Obtained/Registered].

All facewear unlock items are prefixed "The Faces We Wear" and have the same icon.
