Increased Stamina

Increased Stamina is a Passive Racing Chocobo Ability that reduces stamina depletion during acceleration by 9% / 12% / 15%.

Does not decrease stamina loss from red Magicked Panels, Briar Caltrop, or Choco Meteor, as those use a percentage of max stamina.

However, it does effectively reduce the stamina lost from Bacchus's Water, as that just forces a Lathered state penalty for its duration, rather than touching the stamina bar directly.
