Breather

Breather is a Passive Racing Chocobo Ability that restores stamina at a rate of 0.8% / 1% / 1.2% per second while decelerating.

"Decelerating" specifically refers to pressing backward ('S' key by default).

Decelerating while at minimum speed still counts, and will restore stamina. However, decelerating while Lamed from Choco Meteor does not count, and will not restore stamina.
