Events

Limited-time events are frequently held throughout the course of the year. These include:

• Seasonal Events, which generally celebrate holidays and recur annually
• Special Events also known as collaboration or cross-over events, which include characters and themes from other games
• Campaigns, which are limited-time events held to encourage players to subscribe or continue to subscribe to Final Fantasy XIV.
• Moogle Treasure Trove, special events that usually precede a major patch or expansion release.
