Rest is an action unlocked at level 1. It is available for Fisher.
Notes
Before this action existed, cancelling a cast would require a fisher to either reel in early, or if a fish has already bitten, wait a few seconds for that fish to get away. Using Rest is faster than either of these older methods.
Cancelling a cast is useful to preserve effects that are consumed upon catching a fish, such as 
Surface Slap or 
Prize Catch, so that they can be consumed only towards a target fish.
- For example: A fisher uses Surface Slap to remove a common fish from the pool, which then increases the chance that a rare Big Fish will bite. The Big Fish is the only fish in this pool with a ferocious bite (!!!), so the fisher Rests all bites until that bite type appears.
