Notes

• The 15s duration means the player has 15s after catching a fish to use this action. Once the action has been used, the effect persists until something causes it to disappear
• Once applied, this effect will disappear if:
  • The player catches a fish.
  • The player Quits out of the fishing stance.
• Surface Slap cannot be used on:
  • Fish obtained as a result of Mooch or Mooch II.
  • Fish that are obtained as key items (such as Snow Smelt).
