Sidewinder is an action unlocked by questing at level 60. It is available for Bard.

History

  • EW.png Patch 6.5 (2023-10-03): Potency has been increased from 300 to 320.
  • EW.png Patch 6.0 (2021-12-07):
    • The additional effect "If the target is suffering from a Caustic Bite or Stormbite effect inflicted by you, Sidewinder potency is increased to 200 for one effect, or 350 for both" has been removed.
    • Potency has been increased from 100 to 300.
    • No longer shares a recast timer with Shadowbite.
  • SHB.png Patch 5.3 (2020-08-11): Potency when target is suffering from both Caustic Bite and Stormbite has been increased from 300 to 350.
  • SHB.png Patch 5.1 (2019-10-29):
    • Potency for one effect has been increased from 175 to 200.
    • Potency for two effects has been increased from 260 to 300.
  • SHB.png Patch 5.0 (2019-07-02): Now shares a recast timer with Shadowbite.

  • HW.png Patch 3.0 (2015-06-23): Added with the original description, "Delivers an attack with a potency of 150. Can only be executed while under the effect of the Wanderer's Minuet. Additional Effect: If the target is suffering from a Venomous Bite or Windbite effect inflicted by you, Sidewinder's potency is increased to 250 for one effect, or 350 for both."
