Gameplay

Radiant Aegis may only be executed if a carbuncle is present. If any other summons are on the battlefield, it cannot be executed. Arcanists and summoners should execute this action before summoning other summons – the long duration of the barrier will likely mitigate against any damage throughout the duration that the carbuncle is gone for.
