Recommended Abilities
Prize Catch: The window for 
Aether Eye ends at 9 seconds, and after that, the only ! fish is the 
Pickled Pom. Therefore, all bites before 9 seconds and all !! bites should be ignored with 
Rest to preserve the Prize Catch buff.
Big-game Fishing if not 
Thaliak's Favor to increase the chances of hooking a fish that meets the maximum collectability requirement.
