File:Fist Focus.png  Fist Focus	MNK		4	After a basic attack lands, you can gain 1 stack of Fist Focus. After 4 stacks of Fist Focus, you can execute a form action based on your current form (Opo-opo Form, Raptor Form or Coeurl Form). If you don't have any form, you get Opo-opo form and 3 stacks of Fist Focus. Lasts 20 seconds.
Enhanced Greased Lightning	MNK		6	Increases attack speed by 3%, and basic attacks have an additional 5% attack speed increase.
Enhanced Greased Lightning II	MNK		22	Replaces Enhanced Greased Lightning. Increases attack speed by 5%, and basic attacks have an additional 10% attack speed increase.
Deep Meditation	MNK		32	When an action deals a critical hit, there is a 50% chance of obtaining 1 stack of Chakra, up to once every 2 seconds.
Enhanced Greased Lightning III	MNK		38	Replaces Enhanced Greased Lightning II. Increases attack speed by 8%, and basic attacks have an additional 15% attack speed increase.
Deep Meditation II	MNK		42	When an action deals a critical hit, there is a 80% chance of obtaining 1 stack of Chakra, up to once every 1.5 seconds.
Enhanced Riddle of Fire	MNK		48	After using Riddle of Fire, grants Meditative Brotherhood to party members. Meditative Brotherhood: when a party member with this effect uses an action, there is a 20% chance of granting you 1 stack of Chakra. This can trigger 2 times per party member. This effect lasts 10 seconds
