Can only be executed on chain #4, 8, 12, or 16.
Cannot be used while quick gathering is active.

Greater Reach is an action unlocked at level 100. It is available for Miner and Botanist.
Notes
This is a duty action that is only available in certain level 100 (Class A) EX and EX+ miner and botanist Stellar Missions on Oizys.
Contrary to the tooltip text, the action does not need to be used exactly on chain #4, 8, 12, or 16. Instead, the skill grants one use at those chains, and remains available as the chain increases (to 5, 6, etc) until the use is consumed.
