Enhanced Flourish II (Lv. 96) - Grants Finishing Move Ready upon executing Flourish.

Notes
Flourishing Symmetry and 
Flourishing Flow, granted by this action, will not overwrite the effects of 
Silken Symmetry or 
Silken Flow, respectively. However, 
Threefold Fan Dance will however overwrite any existing Threefold Fan Dance proc.
- Silken effects will be prioritized over Flourishing effects when under the effect of both, regardless of duration.

Patch 6.0 (2021-12-07): Granted statuses changed from "Flourishing Cascade, Flourishing Fountain, Flourishing Windmill, Flourishing Shower, and Flourishing Fan Dance" to "Flourishing Symmetry, Flourishing Flow, Threefold Fan Dance." In addition, also grants Fourfold Fan Dance upon learning the Enhanced Flourish trait.
