This fishing log applies when a spectral current is not present. During a spectral current, the fishing log at this location changes to Fishing Log: Unnamed Spectral Current.

The Unnamed Island is shown in game to be part of the Cieldalaes, south of Vylbrand and west of Thanalan. Specifically, the Endeavor is anchored off the east coast of the player's Island Sanctuary.
