Cast Light is an action unlocked at level 1. It is available for Fisher.

Notes

Prior to the new exclamation point animations added in patch 5.2 of Shadowbringers, the amount of jerking on the fishing rod was the only way to tell if   Precision Hookset or   Powerful Hookset should be used. Lighting up the tip of the rod with this ability made that somewhat easier. Now this ability is essentially cosmetic.
