Ulaa's favorite book is the eleventh volume of the Seventy-two Articles of Halonic Polity.

Ulaa was convinced by Crammevoix to come back to the studies, but never arrived (Balancing the Spear). In the course of the investigation, it became clear she was abducted by two unruly residents of the Brume, working for an unknown, rich patron. Fortunately the Warrior of Light and Briardien managed to rescue her before she could get carried away from Coerthas (Finding Ulaa). She was unharmed, and after the responsible conspirators were brought to justice, returned to her studies.
