Steps
- Head to Kozama'uka and play the flute of wings at the designated location.
Journal
- The Tonawawtan boy's eyes light up at the sight of you.
- As you are making your way through Tuliyollal, you have a chance encounter with the wandering minstrel. The man presents you with what he claims is a relic of the legendary wing spirit—an enchanted flute that bestows wings divine upon the true hero who plays it. Believing you worthy of this honor, the minstrel bids you put the instrument to the proof, and thus do you set forth for Miyakabek'zoma in Kozama'uka, there to find a suitable vantage point.
- At the heights of Kozama'uka, you blow upon the flute, and watch in marvel as dazzling wings of white and gold manifest upon your shoulders. The spirit, it would seem, has seen fit to place itself at your disposal. Borne by these wings divine, you look forward to taking to the boundless skies on the adventures ahead.

Dialogue
Aha! The Vow of Resolve's helper spotted!
Tell me, has the wing spirit ever appeared before you after a battle?
It's a Tonawawtan legend, you see. They say that, when a hero overcomes a trial, this spirit grants them wings in recognition of their strength.
When I asked Vow Wuk Lamat about it, she told me you're the one who's most likely to receive such a gift. So...have you?
You've really been given wings!? That's amazing!
I'm going to become a great hero and get wings too! See if I don't!
Oh, that reminds me, the Landsguard are about to have their drills. I have to watch them so I can become strong!
See you later! It was nice talking to you!
The wing spirit... Most intriguing.
My apologies, but as something of a collector of folklore, I could not help but be drawn to your conversation.
Similar legends about wings also exist outside of Tural. Even Alexandria, a kingdom situated in a reflection until but recently, is home to such.
That lands so distant and different should share this common thread is truly fascinating, would you not agree?
In works of art as well, heroes are often depicted bearing wings. This may arise from the impression that such individuals are heaven-sent, but in essence...
Ah, forgive me. My imagination threatens to take wing, as it were. 'Twas not to bend your ear with mythical musings that I approached you.
You see, I recently met an itinerant shaman, from whom I acquired an enchanted flute. Apparently, it is a relic of the wing spirit, and should a hero true blow upon it, they would be bestowed wings divine.
I am woefully unqualified for such an honor, but if anyone is worthy, I believe that it is you. Will you not put this flute to the proof?
The wing spirit would favor open skies and bracing winds, I expect. So by way of a location...might I suggest the heights of Kozama'uka, where myths pertaining to the wind abound?
By the Twelve... What majestic wings, aglow with divine power... A form more fitting for a hero, I can scarce conceive!
At long last, the spirit has found worthy shoulders to grace—those of a redoubtable woman/man who has overcome unimaginable trials...
Caressed by wind the hero comes,
For wings of dazzling white.♪
On sunlit path the spirit guides,
Unto the morrow's light.♪
For wings of dazzling white.♪
On sunlit path the spirit guides,
Unto the morrow's light.♪
The words sweep over me as an invigorating breeze! Thanks to you, I have the makings of a new verse that captures Tural's shining legacy!
And to think, this isn't the first time you have been thus recognized for your feats... You truly have a pull over fate, my friend. No amount of words I might weave could do your journey justice.
Borne by those wings of white and gold, I hope you will enjoy many more adventures. And should the opportunity arise, I pray you regale me with them!
