Standard-issue Elixir (PvP) is an action unlocked at level 30. It is available for any class or job.

Notes

• This action can be used without interruption if a paladin covers the target with   Guardian (PvP), with very few exceptions being able to bypass the effect (i.e. the target takes damage from the effects of   Fate Sealed (PvP), assuming   Death Warrant (PvP) is used prior to the target being covered).
