Standard-issue Elixir (PvP) is an action unlocked at level 30. It is available for any class or job.

Notes

• This action can be used without interruption if a paladin covers the target with Guardian, with very few exceptions being able to bypass the effect. An exception is a Death Warrant being issued on the covered target prior to them being covered, or fall damage.
