Sanguine Recluse is an Ashkin in The Occult Crescent: South Horn.
This is a special enemy that spawns after completing the secret puzzle in 
The Forked Tower: Blood. Its location will be marked on a map render that appears on the floor of a hidden room. Defeating this enemy will spawn a second personal spoils coffer for those inside the tower after defeating the final boss. Its defeat will be indicated by the system message, "A mystical presence has withdrawn from the south horn, leaving behind a treasure coffer!"

- Tartarean Thunder: Telegraphed point-blank AoE. Immediately followed by Cryptcall, a late telegraphed wide frontal conal AoE with a very fast cast. Anyone hit will be inflicted with a cleansable 7-second
