- The shadow is considered to be a pet (akin to scholar's Eos). As such, the actual potency is approximately 92% of the listed value on the tooltip, being 644 potency. Furthermore, this action is unaffected by
Trick Attack or 
Kunai's Bane, as the effects of those actions increases the damage the ninja themselves deal to their target(s).
History
Patch 7.3 (2025-08-05): Potency has been increased from 600 to 700.- Patch 7.25 (2025-05-27): Potency is no longer reduced after the first enemy.
- Patch 7.2 (2025-03-25): Reduction in potency after the first target has been changed from 50% to 25%.
- Patch 7.0 (2024-07-02):
- The additional effect "Extends Huton duration by 10s to a maximum of 60s" has been removed.
- Can now be assigned to a hotbar.
