Fuka
Weaponskill cast time and recast time, spell cast time and recast time, and auto-attack delay are reduced.

Fuka is a beneficial status effect that 
samurai apply to themselves. It is a haste buff, reducing the cast and recast timers of actions on the global cooldown. Once the Enhanced Fugetsu and Fuka trait is unlocked at level 78, this haste bonus is increased to 13%.
There are two actions that can apply Fuka. Both actions grant Fuka for 40 seconds:

Gameplay
All applications of Fuka give 40 seconds. Further applications that would overcap this timer will be capped at 40 seconds. It is highly recommended to always have this status effect active, or over 
Fugetsu first, with the exception of the standard samurai opener. This is to facilitate samurai's one-minute burst combos. Through normal gameplay and full up-time, it is nearly impossible to lose this status effect.
If the samurai is under the effect of 
Meikyo Shisui, Fuka can also be applied by Kasha.
Samurai's recast time with Fuka is 2.25 seconds. Though the extra 3% haste from Enhanced Fugetsu and Fuka may seem insignificant, it further reduces their recast time to 2.175 seconds, which helps further with the one-minute burst of samurai.
The haste effect from Fuka is also applied to the cast times of Iaijutsu and Ogi Namikiri, on top of Enhanced Iaijutsu.
History
Patch 7.0 (2024-07-02):
Patch 6.0 (2021-12-07):
- The Shifu status effect has been changed to Fuka.
- Oka is now a combo action after Fuko at level 82 instead of Fuga. Oka also now grants Fuka for 40 seconds, instead of Shifu for 15 seconds.
- Meikyo Shisui now allows for Kasha to apply Fuka.
Patch 5.0 (2019-07-02):
- Haste potency has been increased from 10% to 13% upon learning the Enhanced Jinpu and Shifu trait (now Enhanced Fugetsu and Fuka Enhanced Fugetsu and Fuka).
- Oka now increases the duration of Shifu by 15 seconds, but cannot apply it.
Patch 4.0 (2017-06-20):
- Added as "Shifu". Shifu was received by the eponymous Shifu weaponskill.
