Lore
"Quality armor cannot be forged without first considering the wearer. A master crafts for the patron's purpose - not to satisfy his own."
A Hingan armorer of fifty-seven winters who serves as proprietor and chief armorer at Kokajiya in Kugane, Fugetsu's reserved demeanor belies a deep and burning passion for his craft. He first took up the hammer at the tender age of twelve, determined to forge for himself the extravagant suits of armor he saw in the woodblock prints of the ancient warriors he so adored. After begging for three days and three nights, a stubborn master finally took him in as an apprentice. Respecting tradition while also making an effort to incorporate new techniques, it is of little surprise that he is ranked among the ten greatest artisans of all the Far East. Though his name is not yet known in Eorzea, many an adventurer has delighted at the distinctive kabuto he fashioned for the Heavensturn festivities.
