Blanstyr is a Roegadyn in Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks. He had been in contention for the guildmaster position in the Armorers' Guild before the title ultimately went to H'naanza.
He is one of the primary NPCs in the A Realm Reborn, Heavensward, and Stormblood armorer quests.
