Disreputable Priest is a Hyur in Wolves' Den Pier. She is part of the GARO Collaboration event. The disreputable priest will award you a new title if your currently equipped arms and armor meet with her approval. Equip a full set of armor (head, body, hands, legs, feet) and matching class weapon purchased from the disreputable priest, and present yourself to her to receive a special title. You must wear the actual armor set (not glamoured) to receive the title. Post-Heavensward jobs are not required to equip a weapon; however, while Vipers and Pictomancers are able to equip the armor, they are unable to receive any titles.
