Notes

• Requires Seraph to be summoned to use.   Summon Seraph will change to this action for the duration of the summon, after which it will revert back.
• Because the duration of Summon Seraph is 22 seconds, this action can only be used a maximum of two times per 120 seconds, which is the recast time of Summon Seraph.
