Cobalt Golem is a Soulkin in Outer La Noscea. The Cobalt Golem appears in the Kobold Daily Quest The Sly Salvages when the player enters the purple zones inside the 13th Order Workshop. It only casts Boulder Clap, a conal AoE infront of the Cobalt Golem.
