Steps

Journal

  • The helpful Hanu is waiting to answer your questions.
  • In response to Wuk Lamat's query, the Hanu warns that the region of Kozama'uka has been battered by the recent storm. Not only has the trail devolved into a muddy mess, but the village of Ok'hanu itself has suffered losses as a direct result of the tempest's wrath. Worried for the state of the Hanu people, Wuk Lamat bids you make ready to depart and assemble by the Arch of the Dawn.
  • An elector likely awaits in Kozama'uka, and the time has come to seek them out. Thus do you and your comrades leave to retrace the steps of the Dawnservant.
  • Your party makes their way towards Ok'hanu, following the road alongside the river. Wuk Lamat quickens her pace as the village draws near, leaving you and your Scion companions to continue on your own.
  • Though somewhat awed by Wuk Lamat's relentless momentum, Krile trusts that Erenville will keep the Third Promise from getting lost or worse. With but one direction ahead of you, you proceed down the road presumably leading to your destination.
  • You endure the trek across swampy ground to arrive in Ok'hanu. Now to enter the village proper, and seek out the Dawnservant's elector...

Accepting the quest

If this path is chosen first
The quest “To Urqopacha” will become available once you have completed this quest series beginning with the helpful Hanu.
If this path is chosen second
I've been quite content waiting here, dining on the Third Promise's coin, but it seems you're ready to ask your questions now.
So, what is it you'd like to know?
The route to Ok'hanu─we go south through the Arch of the Dawn, then follow the road which runs alongside the Kozama'uka river, is that right?
It is. Be warned, however: my brethren tell me the recent storm has rendered the path even muddier than usual. The footing is quite poor in some parts.
Far worse was the destruction visited upon our homes, though. Houses were torn apart, and several people injured if not killed. Even our beloved festival is in danger of being called off this year.
If you do still plan on going, I must urge you to proceed with caution.
We'll be sure to watch our footing, thank you.
Now I'm worried for the Hanu─it sounds like they were hit hard by that storm. Anyway, if we're bound for Kozama'uka, we should head over to the arch...
If this path is chosen first
We'll be back to talk to you in good time, master merchant. Meanwhile, you can eat and drink your fill at Xbalyav Ty'e─it's all been arranged!
Optional dialogue
If this path was chosen first
Unlimited tacos in exchange for a few days of my time? I'd be fool to pass up that deal!
Heading to Kozama'uka?
Through this gate and we'll be on our way south to Kozama'uka...
The Hanuhanu are a friendly folk who should welcome us with open arms. Assuming they are not too preoccupied with recent troubles, that is...
I should have liked to observe the festival, but the Hanu are probably not in the mood to celebrate.
I swear that gate gets bigger every time I see it. Considering the size of Gulool Ja Ja, though, I suppose it's better than having it be too small.

Speak with Wuk Lamat.

Are we all ready to leave?
Then onward to Kozama'uka!
Open the way!
Start of voiced cutscene.
Kozama'uka. The land of rainbow terraces.
It commands the gaze of all who visit without fail. The many-colored marvel.
An endless torrent of water cascades over sheer cliffs to shape the wetlands below. To its relentless flow, all life must yield.
Together with Wuk Lamat, we proceeded along the marshy trail─a road upon which the Dawnservant and his comrades once traveled.
Look at those falls... Even from this distance, you can feel the weight of that water!
The Isle of Haam was impressive, but as you can see, Tuliyollal does not want for natural wonders.
The ground is swampy, so watch your step. You wouldn't want to fall into a bog.
I won't! I told you, I've been here before!
Come on, Ok'hanu isn't much farther.
End of cutscene.
Optional dialogue
“Wetlands” is an apt name. Much of the ground here is positively saturated.
I'd love to stand at the bottom of those huge waterfalls and bask in the majesty of it all! Pity they're so far away.

Speak with Krile.

There is no stopping the Third Promise, is there? A good thing she has Erenville to keep her from getting lost...
For all his grumbling, he's certainly there for her. Everyone should be so lucky to have such a loyal childhood friend.
Right, let's get moving. If we continue along this road, we should find ourselves in the village before long.
Optional dialogue
Ow... Stupid, distracting waterfalls...
Assuming we have the right idea, one of the Dawnservant's electors should be here somewhere.
So this is a Hanuhanu village! One can tell at a glance how very different their culture is to the Vanu's.
The water from the falls must flood the wetlands and flow into all these streams and rivers...

Speak with Erenville.

Ah, everyone has arrived, and none the worse for wear. Except for a certain Third Promise who slipped in the mud despite my explicit warnings.
Hey! I asked you not to say anything!
A-Anyway! This is the Hanuhanu village I was telling you about: Ok'hanu!
