Lore

"Part of me wishes I could drink my worries away. Sadly, I handle alcohol about as well as I handle aether..."

Once a mere associate professor in the Faculty of Aetherology, T'laqa Tia was given the opportunity to oversee a small research team as part of a program for budding scholars. Though a capable academician, he struggled with both the pressure of leadership and the more practical challenge of aether sickness. Fortunately, with a little aid from an angling adventurer, this Miqo'te of thirty-one summers proved that aether currents are subject to tidal phenomena, thus earning full professorship.
