Can only be executed when the limit gauge is full.

History

• Patch 6.1 (2022-04-12): Re-added, replacing   Empyrean Rain (PvP), with entirely reworked effects.
• Patch 5.2 (2020-02-18): Removed.
• Patch 5.1 (2019-10-29):
  • Minimum Faerie Gauge cost of 50 has been added.
  • Duration now based on Faerie Gauge at time of execution.
  • Recast time has been reduced from 60 seconds to 1 second.
