Gordhonite

The Gordhonites are a technically extinct race of silicon-based life. They hailed from a star known as Gordhona featured within The Stigma Dreamscape from the Endwalker expansion. Very little is known about the history and culture of the Gordhonites or their star. This is due to all knowledge of their existence, as well as their reconstruction via dynamis, hailing from the memories of the Omicrons that annihilated them.
History
The Gordhonites managed to develop considerably advanced technology prior to their encounter with the Omicrons, colonizing an asteroid belt located around the star of Gordhona.[1]
Upon the arrival of the Omicrons from Alphatron, the Gordhonites resisted the invasion but their machines proved inferior to the invading force. Due to the Omicrons initial belief that Gordhona's machines were the true leaders of its civilization, Gordhona was deemed a threat, and annihilated with a swiftness. Their star and its resources were then used by the Omicrons to produce new machines of war. Due to this, further information on their true nature remains scarce, historical reconstruction is an ongoing endeavor.[1][2]
After the The Stigma Dreamscape occured, the N-7000 accessed Stigma-4 and simulated a highly advanced war machine from Gordhona known as the Gordhona Guardian. Several more were created in order to guard The Last Dregs in Ultima Thule, though they are machines created from the incorrect Omicron understanding of them as autonomous machines, rather than their true original forms. Despite initial difficulties with their protocols, they have since adapted to their new purpose.[3][4]
Biology
Though their reconstructions on Ultima Thule are autonomous machines, the original Gordhonites were in fact silicon-based life-forms who piloted the machines the Omicrons fought and recreated.[2][5]
The autonomous recreations in Ultima Thule require energy in order to operate, similar to the Omicrons, until pilots can be properly reconstructed. When low on energy, they enter a stasis mode until receiving more power. The source of this power comes from the Miw Miisv of the Ea's electrical discharges.[5]
Culture
Gordhona Guardian pilots referred to their machines using a numbered system. An example of this would be a Guardian referring to themself as: "Guardian 029" or "Guardian 032". Exactly how this system works in relation to greater Gordhona society or military however has remained unclear.[1]
Gordhonite pilots used a method of communication with similar protocols as radio use, using phrases such as "over" when ending communication. When Guardians fell, they would relay information to other Gordhonites moments before their machines fell silent.[1]
