The Elm Gigas is weak to 
lightning-aspected phantom job actions.

| Ancient Aero III | Magical raid-wide damage. |
| Unbowed Spirit | Spawns eight discs of light that will being moving through the arena. Being hit will inflict damage but not inflict Vulnerability Up stacks. |
| Spinning Sweep | The boss faces a random direction and uses a telegraphed 120 degree frontal cleave. |
| Inspirited Crosswinds or Inspirited Cyclone | The discs will stop moving and each use a telegraphed plus-shaped AoE (Inspirited Crosswinds) or telegraphed point-blank AoE (Inspirited Cyclone), then disappear. All discs will use the same AoE type. |
| Inspirited Impact | Spawns four massive circle AoE telegraphs in a clockwise or counterclockwise pattern. Dodge into the first telegraph starting from the fourth. |
| Inspirited Hurricane | The boss recenters itself and uses a telegraphed plus-shaped AoE along with a telegraphed large point-blank AoE. This will also spawn more moving discs. The discs will now spawn line AoE telegraphs at random players. |
The AoE telegraphs in this encounter are noticeably easier to see at night than during the day.
