Notes

• Reducing MP has the extra effect of reducing opponents' usages of Recuperate, Purify, and Haelan, incentivizing them to disengage from combat to execute Standard-issue Elixir.
• Targets who are invulnerable, such as paladins under the effect of Hallowed Ground, and the target whom they are covering with Guardian, will not have their MP reduced.
