“The supplies we require on Phaenna are delivered aboard the Galactic Way, which means that capacity is limited. To simply maintain sufficient stores of carrots and foods preferred by children of man is a challenge, and we cannot readily allocate more space in the hold to fishing bait. To that end, we must put the practice we had on the moon to good use. Using the limited bait available, we ask our skilled fishers to catch the largest fish they possibly can.
