This item is primarily meant to reduce gear durability loss when mass-crafting or mass-gathering items. However, note that it gives the Medicated buff, meaning it cannot be used alongside other Medicines that might improve crafting/gathering performance, such as   Cunning Craftsman's Syrup.

This item is ill-suited to combat-based durability, as the Medicated buff goes away upon death.
