Guide
Claret Dragon and its Aetherial Ward are weak to 
fire-aspected phantom job actions. Claret Dragon is also weak to holy-aspected phantom job actions.
The arena is surrounded by an AoE that will instantly kill anyone who touches it.
In addition to 
Vulnerability Up stacks, being hit by avoidable AoEs will usually inflict a 1-minute 
Gradual Zombification stack. Receiving 2 stacks will inflict a 15-second 
Zombification, causing the player lose control and attack random allies until it expires.

| Howling Darkness | Magical raid-wide damage. |
| Snaking Necrobreath | The boss faces a random player and uses a telegraphed 270 degree frontal cleave. |
| Grave Mold | The boss summons six persistent Necrohaze puddles in a diagonal formation. Touching these will inflict damage and a stack of Gradual Formation. It will then use Snaking Necrobreath again.

| Soar | The boss will become untargetable, fly away, and re-emerge at a random wall. |
| Cauterize | The boss will use a telegraphed line AoE through the arena. Any Necrohaze puddles in its path will explode as untelegraphed line AoEs originating from the half of the puddle that is not covered by the Cauterize AoE. The AoEs from the puddles are perpendicular from Cauterize. Afterwards, the boss will land back on the arena. |
| Grave Mold | Now spawns five Necrohaze puddles, three near the corners and two closer to the middle. |
| Aetherial Ward | The claret dragon has conjured a magical barrier... The boss will become untargetable and spawn an Aetherial Ward around itself, which must be destroyed before Claret Dragon's Power reaches 100. During this, the puddles will begin rotating around the arena. There will also be a stationary puddle in the middle.
Three shield icons will appear on the ward, leaving one section empty, which is the only location where the ward can be damaged. The invulnerable sides will continue to swap until the ward is destroyed. |
| Grave Mold | Now spawns ten Necrohaze puddles covering most of the arena. |
| Breath in Threes | The boss cleaves a random corner of the arena with a 120 degree cleave. This attack is used three times in a row. Players can easily dodge inside the boss's hitbox, which does not have a puddle. |
