Collect is a beneficial Status effect.
History
Patch 5.4 (2020-12-08): Renamed to "Collect". Only 
Fisher continues to use this buff, and it is toggled by the renamed Collect action. The equivalent "Collector's Glove" actions were removed from 
Botanist and 
Miner during the Collectables overhaul in Patch 5.4.
Patch 3.0 (2015-06-23): Added as "Collector's Glove".
