Journal
- Fahrafahr looks like she's been rolling around in the snow.
※Please note that the difficulty of this quest has been synced to your current level. Furthermore, you may not proceed with a class or job that is different from when you accepted this quest. - It seems the snow spirits are back to their playful selves, and Fahrafahr informs you that more come to visit the altar by the day. She asks you to accompany her to Zirgorteh the Open-armed and speak with the spirits yourself, so you might drink in the festive atmosphere with your own eyes.
※Please note that you may not proceed with a class or job that is different from when you accepted this quest. - Throughout the snowy valley, the sounds of laughter and lively conversation can be heard from Yok Huy and spirits alike. It is plain an old fellowship has been rekindled, and after taking everything in, you return to Fahrafahr to speak of what is to come.
- Fahrafahr is overjoyed at how things have turned out, and feels closer to Dartorgor for the struggles she endured to get here. The snow spirits, as well, seem to have come to an understanding of the Yok Huy perspective on death, and now look forward to new friendships that will endure generations. The living sepulchres stand as testament to this fellowship, and as the days come and go, they will surely be filled with stories of joy shared between the Yok Huy and the spirits of the snowy mountains.
Dialogue
Accepting the quest
Greetings, Forename! Your continued efforts at keeping the altar maintained have been much appreciated.
Seeing it in pristine shape seems to set the spirits' hearts at ease, and our friendship grows stronger by the day. They accept our offerings with glee, and seek opportunities for play more often than ever before.
If you have a free moment, come visit us at Zirgorteh the Open-armed. The spirits would be overjoyed to see you, I am sure.
Chatting around Zirgorteh
Optional dialogue
Ryoqor Terteh comes to chat whenever it sees me. It never tires of telling me of its days spent capering about the mountains.
Optional dialogue
Fahrafahr, listen, listen!
Optional dialogue
Truth be told, I had my doubts about growing and brewing corn all the way up in these snowy peaks. Now I see all those hours spent shoveling snow were worth it after all.
Optional dialogue
We owe you a debt we can never repay, Forename. Without your help, I can't imagine what the valley would look like now.
Optional dialogue
The spirits are─well, in high spirits, I suppose! They seem even more lively than before, in fact.
Speaking with the Jubilant Rorrlo Teh
A big feast for you! Is it good? Is it delicious?
I offered this little one some kirkahryar, and it gave me this chunk of snow in return.
Seems this is their idea of food... Heh, well, who am I to deny such a gift?
Optional dialogue
We wash down our drink with a hearty helping of snow! You eat, too?
Speaking with the Joyful Rorrlo Teh
The crafty one comes! Craftiest of all! We put the story of the crafty one on the big rock!
The spirits remember you well, Forename. The artisan who helped them forget rage and remember joy.
They understand that the living sepulchre is where memorable things are recorded. If you don't mind, we might dedicate a section to you.
What will you say?
I would be honored to be a part of the Yok Huy's history.
Good, good. The story of the Hands of Zirgorteh would be incomplete without mention of your many contributions.
I need some time to think about it...
Of course, I understand completely. But I believe the story of the Hands of Zirgorteh would be incomplete without mention of your many contributions.
You have my personal thanks, as well, for helping us find our way through this crisis.
Optional dialogue
Crafty one can eat all the snow they can swallow!
Speaking with the Jolly Rorrlo Teh
Play with us! Come, hide in the snow and we search for you!
You won't find me this time! Hah, to think I was ever scared of such a little thing.
Optional dialogue
Play in the snow with us! Play and play and play!
Speaking with Fahrafahr
Did you visit with the snow spirits?
The Warrior of Light nods.
The crafty one has our gratitude. With so many new friends, we will never be bored!
You have my gratitude as well, Forename. Your skilled hands helped us rebuild our relationship with the spirits into something even stronger than it was before.
Speaking of which, I have noticed something peculiar during our interactions.
When the spirits “play,” it seems to enhance the ice energy in the surrounding air. This causes freshly fallen snow to bond more closely with old layers, making them much less likely to separate.
This means that the snow spirits were never directly responsible for the avalanches. In fact, by frolicking with Dartorgor, they prevented countless disasters.
Dartorgor lives inside us! We are together always!
We could never have come this far without you, Forename. You will always be welcome in Zirgorteh the Open-armed.
Once things settle down, I plan on making my own sepulchre.
And from this day forward, the spirits and the Yok Huy shall walk side by side. Dartorgor is proud, I can feel it.
That being said, there is still work to be done before we can rest. If you would lend us your skills again, we would happily accept the aid.
Come again, crafty one!
The Warrior of Light nods.
You have achieved Bloodsworn reputation with the Hands of Zirgorteh.
You will receive an experience point bonus upon completion of Yok Huy society daily quests.
You now have access to a wider selection of wares from Rarkorgor.
End of cutscene.
