"Welcome to Morbol Country" was added in Patch 3.1 to replace the now-obsolete quest Hest of the Best.

The Adventurers' Guild's entreaties go unanswered as the adventurers of Revenant's Toll each pursue their separate quests, and they forget that the Toll's survival depends on the contributions of many.
