Shared FATE ranks

The Shared FATE system tracks the number of FATEs completed with the maximum rating (gold medal) within each zone. Increasing your rank will unlock additional items for sale at local traders. To view your progress in each area, select Shared FATE under Travel in the main menu.

Rank 3 requires 60 FATEs. Each small 4-sided diamond represents 1 FATE, while each large 7-sided icon represents 10 FATEs.

For Shadowbringers and Endwalker Shared FATEs:

• Rank 1 is unlocked by default.
• Rank 2 requires 6 completed FATEs
• Rank 3 requires 60 completed FATEs. Rank 3 is the highest.
• In total, 66 FATEs must be completed to reach the maximum rank in a zone.

Rank 4 requires 40 FATEs. Each small 4-sided diamond represents 1 FATE, while each large 7-sided icon represents 10 FATEs.

For Dawntrail Shared FATEs:

• Rank 1 is unlocked by default.
• Rank 2 requires 6 completed FATEs
• Rank 3 requires 20 completed FATEs
• Rank 4 requires 40 completed FATEs. Rank 4 is the highest.
• In total, 66 FATEs must be completed to reach the maximum rank in a zone.
